This mixed-level aerial sling class welcomes both beginners and experienced aerialists. Students will explore creative shapes, smooth transitions, and dynamic sequences while building strength, flexibility, and aerial technique. Modifications and progressions allow everyone to work at their own level and grow their skills in a supportive, encouraging environment.
