Service Description

This mixed-level aerial hoop class welcomes both beginners and experienced aerialists. Students will explore beautiful shapes, spins, and transitions while building strength, flexibility, and aerial technique. Modifications and progressions allow everyone to work at their own level and grow their skills in a supportive environment.
