Service Description

This mixed-level aerial silks class welcomes both beginners and experienced aerialists. Students will explore beautiful climbs, wraps, poses, and transitions while building strength, flexibility, and aerial technique. Modifications and progressions allow everyone to work at their own level and continue developing their skills in a supportive environment.
