You’ll rotate between the silicone flying pole and traditional poles, giving you the best of both worlds. We recommend dressing in layers so you can adjust as you move between grip styles and apparatus. This workshop is designed for students with some pole experience who are ready to challenge themselves, try something new, and unlock a different kind of confidence.
