Flying Pole Intensive Ready to take your aerial pole skills to the next level? This monthly specialty workshop is designed for experienced pole students looking to explore the more dynamic side of flying pole. Each session will focus on advanced tricks, dramatic shapes, split variations, longer sequences, and the unique momentum and movement that only a suspended pole can provide. You’ll learn how to safely generate spin, control the apparatus, and connect skills into beautiful aerial combinations. Prerequisite: Students must be comfortable inverting on a static or spinning pole before attending. Flying pole introduces additional movement and instability, making a solid inversion foundation essential for safety. This workshop is not suitable for beginners. Recommended attire: Leggings are highly recommended for grip and comfort on silicone poles.
