Aerial Lollipop is a dynamic fusion of aerial lyra and pole, combining graceful transitions, spins, and strength-based movement into one beautifully versatile apparatus. In this class, students will learn foundational lollipop technique, including mounts, poses, transitions, and short sequences that flow between the hoop and pole. This class focuses on building strength, coordination, and confidence while exploring both static and spinning work. Modifications and progressions are offered so students can work at their own level in a supportive, empowering environment.
