Teen Aerial

Service Description

Our Teen Aerial Class is designed for students ages 12-16 who want to build strength, confidence, flexibility, and artistry while learning exciting aerial skills in a safe and supportive environment. Students will explore apparatuses such as silks, hoop, and sling while developing technique, conditioning, coordination, and creative expression. Whether your teen is brand new to aerial arts or already has experience, our instructors provide progressions tailored to each student’s level. Classes focus on proper form, injury prevention, and building the confidence to perform dynamic tricks, climbs, poses, and short aerial sequences.
